EXPECTATIONS OF MUSICIANS
YMOB musicians are selected and placed through an annual audition.
YMOB musicians are expected to attend rehearsals, extended rehearsals and concerts throughout the season.
YMOB musicians are expected to be in their seats, warmed up and ready to play 10 minutes before the beginning of each rehearsal.
YMOB musicians are expected to prepare YMOB music through home practice.
YMOB musicians are expected to leave their phones in instrument cases until the end of rehearsals and performances.
YMOB musicians are expected to abide by all YMOB policies and procedures, including attendance, call time, dress code/appearance, safety/supervision, behavior, concert etiquette, etc.
YMOB musicians are expected to demonstrate respect for the other musicians, concert patrons, conductors, music coaches, and YMOB volunteers.
